Exchange Policy

• We want your product to be the perfect fit! While we don't offer refunds, we're happy to exchange your unworn item for a different size or style within 14 days of delivery.

To Qualify for Exchange:

• Item must be completely unused and in original condition
• All original packaging and components must be included
• No signs of wear or use
• Must be within 14 days of receiving your order

Exchange Process:

• Email us at support@strapstxr.com with your order number and desired replacement size/style
• We'll send you return instructions and an exchange form
• Ship the item back to us at your expense
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll ship your new item

Please Note:

• Items showing any signs of use cannot be exchanged
• Sale items are final sale (no exchanges)
• Shipping costs for both the return and exchange shipment are the customer's responsibility
• Items received after 14 days cannot be exchanged
